Our programs are targeted for the following kind of health issues and challenges. Many of our clients come to us with one or more of the following health goals.

What we can do for you

Ensure weight loss

We offer personalized coaching to hold you accountable in order to achieve your weight loss goals and support you throughout your journey.

Maximize nutrient absorption

With the proper diet and meal plans we are able to offer improved absorption of key vitamins and minerals that are necessary to support full body health.

Increase energy levels

By testing cortisol levels we are able to determine the steps required to support the adrenal glands back to optimal function.

Achieve mental clarity

Many of us suffer from brain fog but with the proper support and supplementation we are able to achieve vitality and brainpower.

Avoid menstrual complications

Irregular menstrual cycles, pre and postmenopausal symptoms are all alleviated as we allow the body the opportunity to function with ease and get back to its natural state of being.

Alleviate abdominal pain

There is no need to suffer with bloating, diarrhea, constipation or digestive discomfort. We can help you eradicate infections and heal gut problems once and for all.

How does this work?

We design a completely customized and individualized health program for each and every one of our clients through the interpretation of not only lab test results, but also a comprehensive client intake questionnaire.

The nutrition protocols are designed to offer improved health and vitality through the use of whole living foods, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations. This holistic approach to health will guide you in innately restoring your body.

We are based out of Calgary, AB and can work with clients globally through Skype and FaceTime for a more accurate assessment.

Our 3 Step Process

1. Initial Intake

The first step in the process is your initial intake. The initial intake includes lab assessments as well as a comprehensive questionnaire both of which are used to gain as much information as possible about how your body is functioning. Saliva, urine, stool, and blood testing are used to identify underlying causes of dysfunction. The tests are not looking to diagnose or treat disease, but instead are looking at what factors are preventing your body from working efficiently.

2. Your Protocol

Once the test results and intake questionnaire have been reviewed, you will be given a personalized program to help bring you back to optimal health using the D.R.E.S.S.® for health success protocol (Diet, Rest, Excercise, Stress Reduction, Supplements)

  • Diet

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT and eating the wrong foods is a major contributor to Metabolic Chaos. There are three guidelines that are followed when considering diet:
    1) Eating real, whole foods.
    2) Eating right for your individual metabolic requirements.
    3) Eliminating the foods that cause stress to the body.
You will learn exactly what foods to eat (carbohydrate, fat and protein) and be given diet recommendations based on your individual needs.

  • Rest

The body needs rest to be able to heal itself. You will be coached on how much sleep your body actually needs as the testing will look at the hormones involved in relaxation and sleep.

  • Exercise

Exercise is essential for good health but it is actually a form of stress on the body. When your body is extremely fatigued too much exercise can be just as harmful as too little so together we will create an optimal plan that suits where you are at

  • Stress Reduction

Practicing relaxation techniques can reduce stress symptoms and assist in the healing of the body. There are a variety of ways to balance daily stressors such as yoga, meditation and deep breathing

  • Supplements

With todays diet and chronic stress, it is not possible to get all of the nutrients your body needs from eating foods alone. Through the use of therapeutic grade, highly bioavailable supplements the body is able to restore optimal function and overcome ailments.

3. Follow Up

At the 4 week mark, we will conduct a scheduled 1 hour follow-up appointment. This time allows us to determine your progress and make any necessary modifications. I believe in continued support and guidance throughout the entire process so follow ups and check ins are something I am committed to offering
