Hello! Hello! This week I am going to be discussing the at-home saliva test that we can all do to see if we are suffering from Candida Albicans. What exactly is Candida? It is a subtle yeast infection that is commonly overgrown in our digestive tract, particularly in our small intestine, and it is far more common than most of us know. I am here to educate on this tenacious fungal overgrowth that is effecting our society for the worse in so many ways. There are two different ways to test and see if you have an overgrowth of Candida in your gut. The first test is the saliva test and all you need to do is simply take a glass, fill it half full of water, then spit a dime-sized amount of saliva into the glass. It is that easy! This will be done first thing in the morning before eating, drinking or brushing your teeth and is done for six consecutive days. Monitor and record the results at the end of 45 minutes. There are four different ways in which the saliva will appear and they are as follows:
- It stays floating on the top. This is great news because it means you do not have an overgrowth of Candida in your intestine!
- The second possibility is the saliva will start to grow legs which means you have a mild case of Candida.
- Thirdly, you may notice some flecks of saliva floating within the cup indicating that you have a moderate case.
- And finally, if you have any parts of saliva that sink to the bottom of the cup then we are talking about a severe case of Candida!
The last three should all be treated so if any of these are happening to you, it is time to kick Candida outta of there and do my 6 week Candida cleanse.
The second test that you will need to do (this one is the most important) is a free online questionnaire found at candidafree.com. Once you answer the questions, a score is generated and ranked in order of severity depending if you are male or female because yes, both genders can in fact have Candida in their gut. Although, it is more common in females than in males.
So…… there you go everyone! I hope this was helpful and I encourage you all to do the above tests. Feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions and I look forward to getting as many people as possible on the path to ultimate health by implementing my 6 week Candida cleanse.
